Forever, my baby you will be

I blinked, and there you are
all grown up...
a young woman
I fear not the future
cause you're with me
tomorrow I know
you'll find your own life
but I'm sure you can do it
you have your mother's genes
you are strong and smart
when things don't always go well
you know where to run
because
no matter how grown up you've become
no matter how far you have gone
I will always be here for you
as I have told you
when you were still so small
my promise to you I'll keep
forever my baby, you will always be

Indeed, she's physically becoming a young woman! Not long and I will be seeing my baby becomes a young woman too.

And this all happens all in a blink! Sometimes I really wish there's a pause button to keep kids from growing up for a while.

But we, parents, have no choice to embrace this change!

How true, our kids will always be our babies, no matter how grown up they become. I still call my kids "baby", he he he.... and Angel is a lovely woman. I know she'll succeed as an adult in this world because she has been taught well by her dad. Cheers.
